About Us / Studio Guidelines

Here some helpful guidelines for your next visit to Centered on North:

You will be entering a space where a session may be in progress, please enter quietly. It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early to remove your footwear at the entrance, put away your belongings, silence your cell phone and prepare for your session. We provide a storage space for your purses, packs and outerwear directly behind the reception desk. There is also a changing room and additional coat hooks to the back of the studio space.

Metered parking is available on Hudson Avenue and North Avenue immediately in front of the studio. Free street parking is available on Cleveland, Hudson and Sedgewick north of North Avenue between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that facilitates movement. We generally practice in bare feet although you may prefer to wear socks. Indoor athletic shoes are sometimes recommended for Core Align and Bodhi. While we cannot be responsible for items stored at Centered on North, for your convenience you may leave a pair of indoor gym shoes at the studio in one of the storage units.
