Julie Ruxton found her way to Pilates after a fulfilling career working in the corporate world. Julie has always been active, combining swimming with cardio and functional weight training, but Pilates was always her ‘go to’ exercise choice. Julie found that Pilates helped relieve stress and made her body feel strong and centered. As much as she enjoyed working with her clients in a business setting, Julie wants to share her passion for Pilates with others. Her goal is to help her clients experience the same benefits that she has experienced. Julie has completed her course work with the BASI training program and is currently teaching to fulfill her requirements to become a certified Pilates instructor. She is excited with her new adventure and looks forward to helping others achieve their movement, posture and fitness goals.
