Lynne became introduced to Pilates while using the method as cross conditioning for her classical dance training. In 2007, she completed the Body Arts and Science International (BASI) comprehensive Pilates teacher-training program. Her certification affords her the ability to instruct fundamental through advanced levels, for both mat and apparatus exercises. Lynne has completed several extended education programs focused on alignment, spinal conditions, Pilates for dancers and neurological retraining. Her strength and resistance programs for clients with osteoporosis, Pilates for amputees, and post-hip replacement have helped many. In 2011, Alberding became a certified TRX suspension trainer, Zumba fitness instructor, and completed all three levels towards the Balance Body Core Align certification. Lynne is Balanced Body Faculty for the Bodhi Suspension Trainer, affording her the opportunity to train industry professionals and interested parties on the four point suspension system. In 2015 she completed her Thai Bodywork therapy practitioner license from the Thai Bodywork School of Thai Massage in Evanston, Illinois. Lynne’s services encompass leveled degrees of exercise science, therapeutic bodywork techniques, and biomechanical knowledge, blended with the most current contemporary styles of Pilates. She brings to her clients recognition of the benefits Pilates has on a dancer, athlete, rehab patient, and an individual in pursuit of a healthy balanced lifestyle.
