Sarah Cohen began her athletic career at a young age. Her passion for movement and living a healthy lifestyle motivated her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Dayton and a certification in personal training through the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine).
As an athlete and overall fitness “nut”, Sarah discovered Pilates as a way to stay injury free, build uniform strength and find balance. After 10 years of practicing, Sarah became a BASI Certified Pilates instructor with additional training in pre/post-natal Pilates. She combines her knowledge of Exercise Science and bio mechanics to create a Pilates program that caters to each individual client, from beginners to accomplished athletes. Sarah feels that the most rewarding part of teaching Pilates is watching her clients start to move better by eliminating pain, strengthening weaknesses and improving overall performance.
