1. Log onto Centered's MindBody site (link provided above) or use our free mobile app
2. Click on the "Online Store" tab
3. Click on "Gift Cards" tab (located just below the Online Store tab)
4. Select "Gift Card Custom Amount" from the drop down menu
5. Complete the form accordingly and make sure to check the box next to "send recipient the gift card via email"
6. Click "Make Purchase" at the bottom to finalize
To redeem your gift certificate please email centeredonnorth@gmail.com (w/subject line - redeem gift card) and our office management will gladly assist with the booking of your gifted session or wellness service.
Note: All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase
